I had my carpets cleaned by NEW BEGINNINGS CARPET CLEANING @ 540-273-2472 and John showed up right on time. Even though my carpets were filthy, John was confident that they would come out just fine. I watched him as he prepped my carpet with his commercial vacuum cleaner and then as he pre-spotted the bad areas (there were many). His carpet cleaning machines were phenomenal. It used very little water and scrubbed my carpets to perfection even though they are 12 years old. Then he went over the carpet with a heavy duty wet vac to make sure the carpets were as dry as possible. He even took the extra care to rake the carpet at the end and re-inspect the job.

I would highly recommend him and will definitely use his company again.
